* Support and contribute on project execution (Infill, RVE, IPC, Side Well, Replacement Well) * Conduct Heat Review and look back review for some project recommendations. * Generate work over programs to support Heat Review & Project recommendations (VC, RP, SQZ, PB, IS, LW, Huff & Puff) * Coordinated surveillance activities (Spinner, Temp Survey, TDT and CBL) * Provided mitigation plan for workover programs at mature area by identifying steam growth and prioritized wells that should be shut in prior to rig moving or during the job.

* Design and supervise cementing job execution at well site. * Conduct QC with some logging execution (CBL, GPPT, Cast-V, USIT, etc) * Provide technical justification during rig / hoist operation to ensure the work over execution are alligned with job procedures, cost budgeted and meet with costumer recommendations.

* Maintain FOP wells * Review well down due to Pump Stuck and Not Pumping, and then generate recommendation for routine service job. * Review BDJ result and generate recommendation for routine service if required. * Review well producer performance with utilizing PE Software and Dyno Data and generate recommendation for artificial lift optimization . * Conduct past job evaluation for routine service effectiveness. * Coordinate DSST (down hole scale squeeze treatment) jobs for all area in DSF.
