- Collaborates with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that project orders are aligned with overall project goals and timelines. - Develops and maintains project schedules, identifying critical path items and potential roadblocks that could impact the project timeline. - Verifies project orders for accuracy and completeness, and ensures that they are properly documented and stored in project management systems. - Works closely with technicians, clients, and planners to coordinate project activities, ensure that everyone is on the same page, and identify and address any issues that arise during the project. - Conducts regular assessments of project needs and capabilities, including equipment, personnel, and other resources, and works with project managers to identify and address any gaps or issues. - Utilizes engineering planning tools and processes to optimize project planning, including developing detailed project plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of project progress and status updates.

- During Souhkna Egyptian steel and Jushi plants precommissioning and commissioning :- - Following up the mechanical construction works such as ( air blowing and pneumatic test for the pipes ) - Reviewing ( the test package for all loops , MDR for equipments , RT certificates ). - Receiving the spare parts ( two years & commissioning spare parts ) from the vendor . - Following up the mechanical , accessibility and safety punch list items for the plant . - Following up the RFSR progress for the plant . - Reviewing all installations are be done according to P&ID. - Following up the commissioning activities on the centrifugal air compressor and the expander which were done via the vendor . - Participating in the commission activities on the site ( Deriming for lox pumps and cold box , start up for the cooling water system ) . - Participating in the operation for the Egyptian steel plant . - Participating in the overhaul for the main centrifugal compressor with the vendor.

- Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods of water treatment Plant. - Responsible for the maintenance and operation for compressors and chillers station . - Responsible for the maintenance for the forklifts workshop . - Maintenance the main equipment of the Product Plant ( waste mill & the raw material batch ) . - Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment. - Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs. - Following up the mechanical construction works for the third production line . - Monitoring and controlling maintenance Manpower on daily basis.
