* Controllership under IFRS and Local Gaaps * Statutory Financial Statements preparation, review and analysis. * External Audits coordination. * Financial Reporting Analysis under local gaap. * Improvement of current processes and creation of new with the objective of automating and/or making them more efficient and productive.

Management and responsible for: * USGAAP and Local accounting and reconciliations * Financial Statements preparation, review and analysis for both gaaps * Internal financial reporting for both gaaps. * Monthly expense analysis by business unit for local and Management purposes. * Coordination of the financial statements external audits. * Financial informative reports published every quarter in the newspaper and in the firm’s web page, including the preparation and/or review of the Financial Statements explanatory notes. * Improvement and/or automation of the processes used for the Controllers' tasks and functions. These included the five entities that the firm has in Mexico and a Representative office located in Chile.

* Review, reconciliation and substantiation of the monthly trial balance (month end close process). * Financial Statements elaboration for Local and US Gaap purposes. * Elaboration and submission of the CNBV's regulatory reports. * Elaboration and review of the US Gaap Regulatory report - FR2314. * Accounts Payable: supervision and monitoring of all the third party vendors payment process. * Reconciliation of Cash Equities Operations. * Supervision and monitoring of the bank reconciliations. * Payroll reconciliation according to the local regulation. * Fixed assets control and monthly accounting reconciliation. * Monthly expense analysis by business unit for local and Management purposes. * Coordination of the external audits and Credit agencies' reviews. * Financial informative reports published every quarter in the newspaper and in the firm’s web page. * Automation of the processes used in the finance month end close since the Broker Dealer started trading. * Elaboration of Finance Mexico's manuals, process flows and procedures. * Implementation of the Local Accounting System. * Implementation of the migration from old-internal general ledger to SAP, remotely working with the projects team located in NY.

* Daily Reconciliation of the Equities Propietary Position. * Cost Control: expense monitoring and analysis for Local and Management Purposes for the Brokerage House and Representative Office. * Accounts Payable Supervision: daily supervision of AP accounting entries and reconciliations. * Representative Office Accounting Supervision. * Funding Monitoring between bank accounts. * Daily Bank Reconciliations. * Payroll reconciliations. * Calculation of Service Level Agreements according to the signed contracts.

* Data Base integration, management, analysis and control. * Payments, amortizations and contracts control. * Elaboration of several credit reports related with “Procampo Capitaliza” Program.
