As the Financial Analyst for Acquisitions and Development I work to identify potential projects and compete in the marketplace for opportunity to acquire, both land and existing product. I provide support both internally and for potential JV partners in understanding the feasibility of potential investments, market and economic conditions, and forecasted growth expectations. I work with the Acquisitions team to seek Broker Option of Value and work with Asset Management to evaluate the opportunity for disposition of currently owned assets. With extensive excel modeling experience I have been able to refresh the 11 year old acquisition and development models, adding a retail cashflow, floating rate LIBOR, and created multi-tiered JV waterfall. I utilize VBA to create and automate tools for the use of tracking market activity and surveying market economics.

Haven Realty Capital specializes in the growing Single Family Residential Rental industry. By acquiring SFR properties via multiple channels, renovating and leasing each property Haven Realty Capital has aligned itself to benefit from the recovering housing economy. On the acquisitions team I work nationally to discover new markets along with vetting supplemental investment strategies to scope out potential areas ripe for capital deployment. Within multiple markets I've worked and continue to target regional opportunities, then manage the deployment of capital to capture the opportunity. Analysis experience includes the generation and summation of Discounted Cash Flow models, a substantial understanding of IRR, NOI, Cap Rates, and many more financial return metrics. I have experience developing DCF models from scratch. Working under the asset management umbrella I've assisted with the development of specific portfolio level investment trackers and internal reports.
