I am an analytical thinker, and my ability to identify and solve problems within the accounting and reporting sectors enable me to add value to any team or organization I apply my skills in. My organizational skills, time management and attention to detail has not only enabled me to become a better accountant, but has improved the efficiency within my trade. I do not operate on half measures as I’m constantly aware of the importance of the information I supply and the effect it has on the larger picture. I have a high level of endurance and am able to work systematically, even when under pressure. I work equally well in isolation as well as in a team environment, although I must add I have a very strong leadership quality and enjoy motivating people to develop themselves to the best of their abilities and to promote their growth in all areas I am able to contribute. I am not shy to praise or reward anyone, even for the smallest growth they might show. I possess the ability to very adequately explain abstract and difficult concepts in an understandable, fun way. I am calm in situations of conflict and apply myself to find a solution that suits all participants and resolves the issue in a quick and orderly fashion. My passion and expertise lie within the planning and management of the numerous financial aspects of a business. I efficiently manage to keep stakeholders, internal and external, up to date regarding the short and long term financial performance and position of the organization, with the help of management packs, budgets, analysis and reports needed for crucial decision making. It is my intention to continue in the Financial Management sector and to utilize and develop my skills and build onto my previous experience.
