And negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements. • Prepare procurement contracts for mechanical materials and services, including drafting, and negotiating terms and conditions. • Collaborating and coordinating with the technical department, project managers, and site engineers to provide necessary technical information to address inquiries related to material submittals. • Executing procurement plans based on the BOQ, in cooperation with various departments such as project management, technical department, and finance to ensure effective procurement processes. • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, invoices. • Generates Material Requests (MR) and Purchase Requests (PR), enters them into the ODOO software, • Creating comparison sheets for long-term supply items, selecting the best quotation based on price, availability, and terms, • Issuing purchase orders, ensuring proper documentation and approvals, monitoring prices, and managing payment terms. • Prepare weekly dispatch lists for material shipment to projects, • Prepares and submits daily reports and necessary summaries to relevant stakeholders such as Project Management, site engineers. •Requests and reviews supplier account statements, submits them to the direct manager and financial management, compiles pending payment requests for review,

• Collaborate with product development engineers and scientific staff to source materials while providing visibility to the procurement process. • Create and issue routine purchase orders, track purchases and shipments (including international), and provide estimated delivery dates as requested. • Create Sourcing Plans for all phases of projects from Concept to Product Transfer to Manufacturing. • Receive and log incoming materials and assist in maintaining the composite materials inventory database by entering information for all incoming materials. • Ensure rapid lead time supply of all parts with purchase orders for new product development builds through close interaction and management of prototyping and production suppliers for all phases from Concept to Product Transfer to Manufacturing.

• Plan, manage and organize the overall operations and activities related to Material department in a proper and professional manner. • Plan, Organize & supervision the establishment of the project material control facilities and resources including site offices, offloading equipment and manpower. • Leadership, guidance and directing of the Material Control team considering the optimization and efficient utilization of available manpower, also develop and train the Material Control team in implementing the material control procedures and improve their safety & quality awareness. • Review the project Contract, Quality & Safety requirements that related to Material Control of the project Materials & equipment’s. • Ensure carrying out of visual inspection for the arrived materials trailers to the Warehouse and before start offloading the materials in order to first: verify the material shipping marks to ensure that these materials are belongs to our project, second: to detect and record if there are any damages during shipping / Transportation.
