PROJECTS MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Project Management: o Managing the project in all stages. (Procurement, Execution, Test & Commissioning and Closing & Delivery). o Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documents and presentations to Management. o Following up closely with execution team to avoid any deviation from Scope Of Work. o Reviewing and approve the Change Order of project scope. o Managing and coordinating with Project Stakeholders. o Developing best practices and tools for project execution and management • Resourcing Management: o Estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. o Delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. o Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team. o Motivating project team members and contractors & encouraging them to take positive action. o Coordinating with all participates to complete project’s Milestones on time. • Planning , Cost & Budget Management: o Providing project plan to management & client o Following up the project plan and schedule with other departments (Engineering , Procurement, Finance & Technical) o Maintaining the plan to achieve project’s Milestones. o Defining project success criteria and share them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. o Tracking the project Milestones and deliverables. o Controlling project Cost and Margin. o Reviewing and approval of Invoices and follow the project cash flow. • Third Party Management: o Technical negotiate & support in estimation stage of project proposal. o Review and approve proposal from Third Party • Communication Management: o Managing clients’ communication. o Managing the communication with my managements o Managing the internal communication. o Managing Third Parties communication

Leading construction activities of projects for Saudi Aramco.

Assigned to Saudi Aramco Ras Tanura Project. Duets & Responsibilities: * Sets up and manages support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication. * Produces consolidated reporting to the Project Board, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits, summary of costs incurred. * Establishes standards, tools and procedures for use on the project, including Issue, Risk, Change and Information Management. * Manages the Project Library. * Reviews project activities for compliance with procedures and standards. * Manages the support and provision of project tools and equipment.

SMP with Saudi Aramco. Duets & Responsibilities: * Supervised site daily activities.  * Providing technical support to the project team and wider regional teams.  * Managing project from construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning through to completion * Supervised & coordinate with control system vendors and solved dynamic problems that arose with shortage of personal, delay or scheduling.  * Responsible for the completion of all documentation.  * Carrying out effective client liaison for all projects undertaken.
