Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage export documentation including invoices, packing lists, and shipping bills. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs for timely and accurate shipments. Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse for picking, packing, and dispatch of export orders. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery schedules. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements. Maintain accurate records for audits, shipments, and inventory movements. Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and customers to resolve shipment issues. Negotiate with carriers and service providers for cost-effective transportation solutions.

Receiving and Inspection: Receive and inspect incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders and delivery notes. Verify the quality and quantity of materials received. Unpack, label, and store materials in designated locations. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions using inventory management software. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records. Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels. Issuing and Dispatching: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment to customers. Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Record-Keeping: Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom. Update records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and warehouse procedures. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
