My role includes ensuring the project meets its contractual obligations while optimizing cost and time efficiencies and maintaining compliance with Saudi regulations and ROSHN’s standards. Key Responsibilities: • Managing the contract to ensure alignment with project objectives and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Overseeing the complete contract lifecycle, managing document control, change orders, extensions, and amendments, with a focus on strict adherence to contractual obligations and industry standards. • Preparing, assessing, and resolving claims and disputes efficiently, collaborating with project teams to minimize financial and contractual risks. • Monitoring and managing project budgets, implementing cost control measures and addressing variations to prevent budget overruns, supporting accurate financial forecasting throughout the project's duration. • Following up with health, safety, and environmental departments to ensure Contractor adherence to all contractual obligations related to safety and environmental standards. • Developing and implementing effective contract management strategies to facilitate smooth project progression and compliance with all contractual terms. • Leading contract amendment negotiations, focusing on time and cost variations in alignment with ROSHN's guidelines. • Collaborating with stakeholders to oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective project resourcing. • Reviewing and approving Contractor and Consultant payment claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements. • Maintaining comprehensive project reporting to ROSHN, monitoring financial and contractual progress to ensure transparency.

Key Responsibilities: • Reviewing or issuing documents related to site possession or completion of works such as advance payment guarantee, performance guarantee, CAR, warranties, the release of guarantees, memorandum of Taking-Over, and Taking-over certificate. • Preparing bespoke contracts for subcontractors and preparing particular conditions for standard forms of contracts. • Reviewing the tender submissions, preparing the related report, and comparing it to other packages. • Reviewing the entitlement of contractors' and suppliers' claims, valuing construction work for variations orders, and negotiating with contractors. • Prepare the Back Charge calculation and apply the deduction as per Agreement clauses. • Reviewing interim payments, statements at Completion, and final payments requests and issuing the related payments certificates. • Studying the payment on account requests and advising regarding the recommended amount to be certified by the Client. • Preparing monthly Cost Report that includes an early warning system. • Monitoring the delivery of the free-issue material to the contractors.
