• Assist in managing existing contracts, ensuring that goods and services are received on time. • Modify, update, and maintain contracts and associated documents, processing and communicating changes based on ISO requirements. • Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tenders, associated technical specifications of goods and services, and required documents to ensure a complete tender package. • Produce quotes and estimates for potential new customers. • Seeking tendering opportunities from online available sources. • Communicate with vendors to seek technical and commercial clarifications.

• Assist the production operators in taking out pressure readings from the gauges of the different sections in the production facility. • Assist control room operators in monitoring the production facility from the control room monitors. • Understand the different segments in the production facility related to the control room, and also understanding more about the production equipments and uses. • Assist the lab technician in taking out oil samples from the production facility to perform quality tests, such as, BS&W test, API gravity test, salinity test, and H2S test. • Writing quality reports for the government before loading the oil in the tanks. • Reporting back to the instructor (Production Engineer)to receive day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
