I have a strong domain expertise in pyro processing, which involves the heating and cooling of raw materials to produce clinker, the main component of cement. a. Monitors throughput, identify opportunities and decide on changes in operating parameters to optimize output. c. Ensures that procedures are followed for the start-up and stop of mills. d. Recommends proposals that would enhance production capacity and efficiency. 3. Supervision of Subordinates • Directs the conduct of activities relative to the inspection of various equipment, flow of raw materials, other production-related activities and minor corrective repairs of machineries. • Recommends training and personnel actions to the Chief Production Engineer. • Supervises Mill Operators and other shifters including subcontractors reporting within the shift. 4. OH & S • Produces according to safety plans and address any identified situations. • Ensures safe working conditions for all personnel within his place and time of duty.
