-Responsible for preparing the project scheduling, cost, and delivery standards. -Prepares project plan, communicates it to the team, and reviews the plan with the Project Manager. -Manages the day-to-day activities within the project taking place on the client site and within the team working at Giza and manages the problems that arise. -Communicates all necessary project purchases to the Order Processing Department and provides them with technical assistance for the ordering of project supplies. -Follows-up on stage approvals with the client and compiles acceptance sheets for each module, as well as final acceptance sheets for the whole project. -Monitors the invoicing on a project and notifies the Finance of all the necessary interim invoices to be issued to the client. -Prepares and submits weekly activity reports and time sheet to the Project Manager.
