Project: Seawater Desalination Plant • Overall supervision of instrumentation and control maintenance across all desalination units (intake, self-cleaning filters, UF, and reverse osmosis). • Management and coordination of a multidisciplinary team including instrument technicians, electricians, and automation engineers. • Planning and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance activities through CMMS. • Troubleshooting, calibration, and testing of field instruments: transmitters, flowmeters, control valves, and online analyzers. • Performance monitoring of critical equipment such as HP pumps, booster pumps, VFDs, RO membranes, solenoid valve panels, and chemical dosing systems. • Regular reporting of key performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability). • Coordination with operations and engineering teams to ensure continuous plant performance and process optimization.

Project: Seawater Desalination Plant • Supervision and execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for the plant’s instrumentation and control systems. • Verification and validation of instrument loops, including pressure transmitters, flowmeters, temperature sensors, conductivity analyzers, and control valves. • Configuration, calibration, and functional testing of field instruments in accordance with manufacturer procedures and project standards. • Coordination with automation teams for SCADA and PLC (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.) testing to ensure proper signal communication and control logic compliance. • Monitoring commissioning checklists, preparing test reports, and providing technical support during plant startup. • Supervision of subcontractors to ensure installations comply with project technical specifications and standards. • Management and follow-up of non-conformities (NCRs), verification of punch lists, and closure of QA/QC observations. • Strict application of HSE standards and active participation in interdisciplinary coordination meetings (process, electrical, mechanical, automation).

•Project: Agadir Seawater Desalination Plant (SWRO – 275,000 m³/day) • Active participation in the construction and commissioning phases of the Agadir Seawater Desalination Plant (SWRO 275,000 m³/day). • Supervision of field instrumentation installation works, including transmitters, flowmeters, automatic valves, solenoid valve panels, and analyzer panels. • Verification and validation of instrumentation loops in accordance with P&IDs and project standards. • Preparation of testing procedures, commissioning reports, and test sheets to ensure full traceability and compliance. • Close collaboration with process and electrical teams to guarantee technical conformity before the transition to the operational phase.

• Supervision and coordination of all electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities across the industrial site. • Planning, organizing, and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance interventions on electrical and control equipment. • Identification and analysis of failures, implementation of corrective actions, and tracking of performance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, equipment availability). • Supervision of technical teams, including shift planning, training, and competency development. • Monitoring of critical spare parts inventory and stock management to minimize production interruptions. • Coordination with engineering, operations, and suppliers to ensure compliance of electrical and instrumentation systems with technical and safety standards.

• Supervision and quality control of instrumentation and control installations during construction, installation, and commissioning phases. • Inspection and validation of field instruments, including pressure transmitters, flowmeters, temperature sensors, online analyzers, and automatic control valves. • Review and verification of P&IDs, loop drawings, and technical documentation to ensure full compliance with project specifications and standards. • Execution and monitoring of calibration tests, loop checks, and verification of electrical and analog signals. • Preparation and supervision of FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) for all critical instruments and control systems. • Management and follow-up of QA/QC documentation and reports, including non-conformities, corrective actions, and validation records. • Coordination with engineering, installation, automation, and maintenance teams to ensure system compliance, reliability, and performance.

• Inspection and quality control of instrumentation installation works on site, including transmitters, flowmeters, control valves, sensors, and analyzers. • Review and validation of instrumentation drawings (P&IDs, hook-up drawings, loop diagrams) prior to execution. • Monitoring and validation of instrument calibrations in workshop and on-site, in compliance with ISO, IEC standards, and OCP procedures. • Execution and supervision of loop tests, verifying continuity and integrity of analog and digital signals. • Inspection of cabling installations, control cabinet connections, and terminations within the control room for full compliance. • Preparation of inspection reports and non-conformity records (NCRs), and follow-up of corrective actions until closure. • Active participation in pre-commissioning and commissioning tests in coordination with engineering, construction, and operations teams. • Verification of installation compliance with OCP project technical specifications and EPC contract requirements.

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of instrumentation and automation equipment within pharmaceutical production units. • Monitoring the proper operation of measurement, control, and supervision systems (SCADA) as well as programmable logic controllers (PLCs). • Performing periodic calibrations of pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters, along with associated control loops. • Participating in maintenance planning, managing work orders, and tracking activities through the CMMS system. • Close collaboration with production, quality, and validation departments to ensure full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and pharmaceutical standards.
