Hi, I'm Mohamed! I'm a first-generation college student at the Carlson School of Management studying Management Information Systems. I enjoy learning how technology works behind the scenes and how it can be used to make everyday processes smoother, clearer, and more effective. During my Cargill internship, I learned how to navigate a large corporate environment, communicate professionally, and contribute as part of a team. My current Technology Help Specialist role allows me to support users, troubleshoot technical issues, and explain solutions clearly and effectively. I'm also gaining hands-on experience through a Power Platform internship, where I work with automation, business systems, and process improvement. Through these experiences, I've built skills in communication, problem-solving, adaptability, technical support, and business technology. I am always looking to grow, continue learning, and find opportunities to make a real contribution.
