Implement, configure and administrate the following solutions:- Firewall and Security: • Palo Alto firewall. • Fortinet firewall. • Symantec Antispam appliance and VM. • Two-factor authentication on OWA and VPN connection by Symantec VIP enterprise gateway. Anti-virus: • Symantec antivirus server and push agent to clients. Storage: • Lenovo storage system with SAN switches configuration: • Synology, QNAP and other NAS storage systems. Virtualization: • Microsoft S2D Hyper Converged Solution. • Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager. • VMWare ESXI & VCenter. • Veeam Backup and Replication Solution. Resources Management: • Lenovo XClarity Pro. • PRTG monitoring system. Microsoft Technology : • Maintain 800 nodes network under Windows 2016 Active Directory domain environment. • Microsoft Active Directory, file servers, DHCP with high availability configuration. • Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Operation Manager and Data Protection Manager. • Handling Microsoft Exchange 2016. • Upgrade all servers’ hardware firmware and software version from Windows 2008, 2012 to Windows Server 2016. Others : • Wireless solution. • File share and SFTP by SolarWinds Serv-U and gateway. • Full Implementation of DR site.

• Lead the design, development, enhancement and implementation of IT Infrastructure. • Identify business requirements and deliver cost-effective infrastructure solutions to the organization. • Configure IBM Flex System Enterprise Chassis and assigning the nodes. • Manage the nodes and Monitoring by means of Chassis Controller management (CCM). • Good track record of successful Installation & Configuration of HP, Dell, IBM servers and storages with different customers like (Mobily, STC, United Naghi, Alissa group). • Guide junior engineers concerning the installation of HP rack, Blade servers, upgrade and replace server hardware. • Configure Active Directory on Windows 2012, redundant DNS, DHCP failover. • Manage an infrastructure of four replicated domain controllers, dedicated DNS and DHCP servers. • Maintain 70 nodes network under Windows 2012 Active Directory domain environment. • Failover clustering and high availability configuration 2008/2012. • Create daily monitoring checklist, report templates and KPI for domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, Fax server and FTP servers. • Maintain and configure threat management gateway (TMG) server and apply day-to-day rules. • Implement and configure antivirus server (Symantec End-Point protection manager). • Provide technical direction to junior engineers. • Design the infrastructure of IBM servers and storage for IBM clients across KSA. • Create and maintaining the virtual machines and monitoring their activities through VCenter server. • Take the snapshots and migrating the physical machine to the virtual machine. • Use Hyper-V manager, maintain all virtual servers and schedule up all daily records. • Configure zoning in the SAN switches and manage easy tiring in the storage for the higher throughput server. • Create LUNs and zones management from the SAN switch in Brocade and Cisco Fabric and SAN switches. • Get warranty support from the IBM Saudi Arabia to replace the defective hardware devices.

• Maintain 300 nodes network under Windows Server 2003 Active Directory domain environment. • Install, configure and maintain Windows based network with Windows Server 2003 servers, Windows Server 2008 Enterprise, Windows NT Workstation 4.0 and Windows XP as clients. • Monitor systems, networks, and send assessment reports to the seniors as scheduled. • Add roles and administer Active Directory setup on Windows Server 2003. • Install and update weekly antivirus patches and service pack as required. • Upgrade all servers’ hardware firmware and software version in Windows 2003 to 2008. • Troubleshoot hardware server and raise the issue to the senior engineer. • Manage license renewal of Microsoft software and maintain the updates in the server. • Work as a system engineer and responsible for providing servers support and desktop support as well monitoring / backup / installation / ACL management of all server based.
