Handles day-to-day procurement of services, technology-related hardware, and Saas subscriptions from sourcing to delivery. Identifies opportunities for cost optimisation and efficiency. Manage the Procure to Pay process for external and internal requests and negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts. Delegate requisitions to Procurement Specialists/Procurement Officers and provide guidance where required. Handles requests for quotes, process purchase orders, provide orders to suppliers and update the store/business for the delivery Work with Internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements. Confirms service purchase orders in SAP, on receipt of service to balance financial reports. Supports cross-functional teams to achieve cost, delivery, quality metrics, and vendor management. Conducts vendor performance evaluations to determine the viability of ongoing procurement engagements.

Reviewed and analyzed all suppliers’ quotations and generated a recommendation-to-award analysis for offers received. Prepared and issued purchase orders for oil and gas marine equipment and services. Negotiated commercial terms and conditions with vendors. Managed accurate inventory on procured items and ensured zero occurrences of Out of stock. Sustained an effective Supplier Relationship system that ensures satisfaction in terms of price, quality, and delivery using sound procurement policies. Maintained a database of approved vendors list for all products or service categories to ensure zero purchase delays.
