Lime is the world’s largest shared electric vehicle company, building carbon-free, affordable e-scooter and e-bike transportation solutions in 100+ cities globally. Led Lime's IPO Readiness Task Force, creating the company's first strategic plan for IPO preparation and overseeing all company wide public readiness initiatives.

Hired to serve as the right hand to the CFO when the company employed 500 people in 45 markets globally. The overarching goal was to transform Lime into an IPO-ready company, but the pandemic interruption shifted the focus to executing a successful emergency recapitalization to save the company.
