Milos Stefanovic

I work across sustainability, materials recovery, and circular supply chains, helping organizations reduce waste, recover value, and operate more efficiently. My work focuses on practical, execution-driven solutions, from reuse systems and recycling programs to surplus materials recovery and plastics optimization, always aligned with real operational and financial goals. I collaborate with teams across retail, grocery, manufacturing, waste management, and logistics, including work alongside large, complex organizations where scale and consistency matter. Much of my experience involves plastics and recoverable materials within broader zero-waste and circular economy initiatives. My approach is data-driven and pragmatic, combining technical understanding with business strategy to solve real operational challenges and deliver measurable results. I come from an Information Technology background and am currently completing a master’s in Business Management. Previously, I’ve held roles spanning operations, strategy, and execution, including managing high-value accounts, supporting leadership teams, and building and optimizing multiple digital businesses. I have a strong interest in how emerging technologies, especially AI, can improve operational efficiency and accelerate environmental impact.
