Since 1999, Mike Healey Productions, Inc. has served clients and ad agencies all across the country. From shooting events and commercial photography to print catalogs and multi-spot regional TV ad campaigns, I've done it all. While I still offer turn-key multi-media production, these days I'm primarily focused on interior design and luxury real estate photography. I'm at that point in my life where I'm fortunate enough to be able to focus on what I really enjoy and still have fun doing what I love. I'm not a high volume, run and gun, low cost, kill it and bill it photographer. My goal is not to see how many houses and spaces I can shoot in a month or year. My primary focus is to make each space look the best it can while still being efficient and productive. When you call me I'm the one who shows up on the shoot and I do all the photo editing in post. I don't send out interns or newbies trying to build up their gallery and portfolio. When you call me, you get my decades of experience, talent and proven results. I partner with real estate agents, interior designers, home builders, stagers, developers and landscape designers to help make their listings and projects look their very best. I strive to represent the space the way they intend it to look and want it to be captured. All while offering my photography expertise and creative direction to help make the photo shoot a success. As a CoStar AP, I supported all of our brands including LoopNet, Ten-X, STR, Apartments.com and Homes.com platforms and marketplaces. I used my architectural photography expertise to create compelling interior, exterior and aerial media for multi-family, commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality and residential properties utilizing a variety of tools to create visually appealing media, including professional-grade cameras, tilt shift lenses, drones, gimbals, sliders, 3D tour cameras, and others. Utilize time of day, season, location and my expertise in photography to determine when and how to best photograph assignments. Edited and delivered all photography and video in a timely fashion resulting in a completed project. Professional and effective communication with clients during all aspects of media shoots including scheduling, set up and on-site interactions. Leverage continued learning and development of the craft, including staying up to date on new techniques and technology.

If it plugged into the wall I was responsible for making sure it worked and generated revenue. One of my primary roles was to manage and maintain an 18 channel, cable network ad insertion head-end operation. I managed a creative services team and was also responsible for billing, P&L, budgeting, capital purchases and maintaining the studio and in-field production equipment. I also wrote, directed, shot and edited some killer TV commercials, too.
