I've enjoyed working in the collections area of credit unions for nearly 20 years. Finding optimal ways to turn liquidated assests into maximum returns has been a challenge that I've thoroughly enjoyed. I spearheaded the creation of CU Collateral Services, LLC since I knew that sharing my best collection expertise and utilizing state-of-the art asset management software would prove beneficial to many credit unions. I feel fortunate to work at ACU where I lead its loss management team and its 100% owned subsidiary CU Collateral Services LLC.
