Manage a large customer book of business comprising of law enforcement agencies who represent cities, counties, and schools. Manage and quickly respond to various emergencies and non-emergencies police calls for service. Support the outside agencies according to the mutual aid agreement for critical/serious incident response. Serve as a Neighborhood Officer in a high crime area focusing on community policies activities. ●Nominated and recognized by the community as well as management for Kane Country Officer of the year in 2017 due to exceptional performance and service delivery. ●Improved security and safety of the community by leading and conducting self-initiated activities, generating arrests, and effectively guiding community members. ● Achieved departmental and community-driven goals by collaborating with the team and working individually while utilizing leadership expertise. ●Successfully executed and maintained the Elgin City Ordinances, traffic offenses, state, and federal laws.

Secured 3.5 square mile radius of Evanston City & Northwestern University Property as well as quickly answering to 911 emergency calls and community caretaking service calls. Performed duties as a department leader in arresting and self-initiated activities. ●Implemented and maintained City ordinances, state/federal laws, and school-mandated deferred prosecution.
