My career journey began in the automotive industry as a product systems and validation engineer, where I was responsible for engine harness design, testing, and sensor/control module validation. One of the most rewarding parts of that role was seeing a subsystem move from concept through to production — and being at the table for every phase. Over the years, I’ve built deep experience in electronic systems integration, diagnostic readiness, structured problem-solving, and supplier collaboration. What has remained constant throughout is my passion for working across functions. I’ve thrived in roles that allowed me to engage with technical program leaders, sourcing teams, suppliers, manufacturing, performance, and validation engineers to bring clarity and momentum to complex system challenges.
