Value from £1.5 – 3.5m. • Dosthill Primary School, 40 weeks new build. Client Department for Education, value £3.2m. • Coseley School, client Department for Education, value £16m. • Hill West Primary School, client Department for Education, value £14m.

Project: Mulberry Walk, Mere Green (£7.5m) Retail Units • Project Manager reporting to the Contracts Manager/Operations Manager. • Responsible for managing all day-to-day operational aspects of the project and all Health and Safety matters. • Ensuring the project is delivered on time and to budget. • Managing all site disciplines including construction and site managers, engineers, surveyors, and a design manager. • Responsible for all long and short term programming/planning. • Working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project. • Submitting monthly project status reports to internal senior management and stakeholders.

Projects included: NAIC Warwick University (£85m) • Construction Manager reporting to the Project Manager/Operations Director. • Overseeing Site Managers/Agents/Sub Agent/General Foreman and Interfacing with: Project Management, Commercial Management, Safety Department, Client and Representatives, Design Manager and Consultants, Sub-Contractors, Statutory Bodies and Local Authorities. • Responsible for the management and co-ordination of all project construction activities while ensuring that all project deliverables are achieved with regard to safety, quality, programme and cost. • Key tasks involved leading the site team and sub-contractors to maintain the highest possible standard of safety performance at all times and ensure safety is the number one priority of all members of the team. • Assemble and structure a competent team and monitor development and performance of individual team members. • Implement management and monitoring procedures to cover all aspects of design, procurement, manufacture, and installation of components on and off site. • Supporting the commercial team with selection and procurement of sub-contract packages. • Producing all necessary reports for internal and external functions. George Salter Academy - Ormiston Trust Academies (£11m) - Project Manager • Design & Build scheme, with new build, refurbishment of existing estate and demolition works within a live secondary school environment. Derby Moor School - Derby BSF (£23m) - Site Manager • Design & Build, new build scheme combining 2 existing buildings and significant refurbishment of retained estate. Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham PFI (£600m) - Site Manager • Section Manager consisting of 3 floors. • Management of construction activities while ensuring that all project deliverables are achieved with regard to safety, quality, programme and cost.
