* Responsible for assisting GM to formulate and implementing the business plan and marketing strategies and making the finance budget & analysis. * Assisted with managing Shareholder Relations and communications. * Responsible for arrangement, coordination and update of the working schedule of GM and ensure the GM is focusing on company priorities. * Managed travel, schedule, meeting and other admin issues for the GM. Ensure GM’s smooth management and minimum problems and identify the ways to improve and to lower cost. * Drafted out and maintained corporate files, certificates and certain policy document * Arranged and coordinated business meetings, and made periodical reports on business achievement.

At the initial stage, translated various English or Japanese business-related documents for many foreign enterprises such as Ricoh, in different industries, including business improvement reports, commercial contracts, legal documents, patent applications, auditor's report, accounting statements, product brochures, user manual, equipment instructions, etc. Undertook the long-term localization tasks for Sumitomo Mitsui, Ricoh, Mitsubish, Sojitz, BOMAG, Schattdecor, Netstal, Philips and so on. Later, transferred to manage all localization projects and responsible for clearly defining the customer’s demands, arranging each project schedule, allocating the localization resources, assuring the quality of deliverable data and formulating the solutions for the potential issues.
