Sources product supply, negotiated pricing and generated weekly reports on project progress and financial status, working with related departments to streamline operations. Oversaw full design and installation of over 100 properties, raising average revenues per property by 20% between 2007-2008. Interior Designer. Provided detailed interiors consultations to buyers of holiday properties, implementing each design through the construction, furniture purchasing and installation stages, completing all necessary documentation and supervision, while remaining in close contact with the client. Also completed interior design for onsite bar, restaurant, spa, pro shop, activities centre and offices, and produced numerous colour renderings for marketing materials. Drafting Technician. Created and modified complete sets of construction drawings for luxury holiday properties using AutoCad 2000.
