Thesis: "THE INFLUENCE OF INFORMATION SHARING WITH TRUST AND COMMITMENT AS ANTECEDENTS, AND COLLABORATION ON COMPANY SUPPLY CHAIN PERFORMANCE MEDIATED BY SUPPLIER RESPONSIVENESS AS A MEDIATING VARIABLE” This research examines how trust and commitment influence information sharing, in which information sharing and collaboration impact supply chain performance, with supplier responsiveness serving as a mediating factor. The study employs a quantitative approach using PLS-SEM analysis on data from 326 supply chain professionals in Indonesia. The findings reveal that trust and commitment significantly enhance information sharing, while collaboration significantly enhances supplier responsiveness. Furthermore, supplier responsiveness was found to positively mediate the relationship between these variables and supply chain performance.
