Advising the Bank on all legal aspects of investment operations (debt and equity), including sovereign and private sector investments. Drafting and negotiating legal documentation, hiring and supervising outside counsel. Focus on small and medium-sized business and related investment.

1995-1999 Resident Associate in London office Advising UK clients on Swiss law in commercial and financial matters. Also acting as liaison for Russian business matters between the firm’s offices in London, Geneva and Moscow. 1992-1995 Associate in Geneva Office Advising clients on Swiss law in commercial and financial matters. Representing them in litigation matters before Geneva courts.
