As founder and leadership development expert, I established Bearing, in 2017. My background as a manager, leader and coach in roles such as engineering, network operations, technology and sales, in Chemicals, Manufacturing, Technology, Media, Marketing allow me to understand your situation. With 10 years of coaching expertise under my belt, in Canada, the U.S., the U.K., and India, I continue to develop a deeper understanding of leadership in different contexts and cultures and that allows me to continue to grow my own capabilities to support you and your continued development!
