Reported directly to the Board of Directors and lead the restructuring process to convert Amerinet Central from a subchapter T cooperative to a closely held, stockholder owned, C-Corp. This was done to raise capital, and align ownership, and grow the business. Developed the strategic, tactical, financial and communication plans for the implementation and corporate transformation upon completion of conversion. Ensured that the processes and proxy statement conformed to Securities rules and regulations. Divested three businesses generating gains of $2 M. Financial and operational leader in team that led buyout of 1/3 Amerinet owner and then consolidated operations at a national level. The streamlined operations exceeded expense reduction targets of $7 million and reduced headcount by 25%. Oversaw Company’s financial investments and ownership interests. Analyzed and negotiated key contractual relationships with external parties resulting in increased revenues and profitability. The changes resulted in a 30% improvement in net operating income.

Completed valuation, financing, deal structure, and due diligence for three acquisitions. Developed and executed exit strategies and divestiture of multiple business divisions. Served as interim leader of the Company’s sales and revenue generating divisions. Partnered with the Board of Directors and established and implemented strategic business plans and key performance indicators across all business lines to evaluate progress in strategy fulfillment; results included operational and financial improvement for the core business and exit strategies for other business lines. Aligned business performance indicators with rewards strategy to emphasize a performance-oriented work culture.

 Led new accounting system implementation for 6 organizations. Completed transition on time and within budget. System and process improvements enabled business to scale, reduced monthly closing time and yielded cost savings.

Industry experience included healthcare and educational entities, retail and distribution, oil and gas, manufacturing, high-tech, public utility, hospitality, telecommunications, and the mutual fund industry. Planned, managed administrative and supervisory functions and completed financial, employee benefit plan and governmentally funded grant program audit engagements, including preparation of financial statements and related footnotes. Performed reviews of internal controls and recommended enhancements to client management in an effort to improve controls, operating efficiency and profitability. Analyzed risks of the external and internal environment to provide information to develop an efficient and high quality audit in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
