I'm an operations and supply chain professional with 13+ years in the Australian dairy industry, specialising in turning complex business problems into practical, scalable solutions. My career has spanned the full supply chain; from production floor team leader to procurement manager to operations business partner. It's given me a grounded, end-to-end perspective that I bring to every project. At Maleny Dairies, I was brought on for a full business model transformation, shifting from direct-to-store delivery to supermarket distribution. This involved ERP implementation, demand planning, stakeholder management across the supply chain, and building commercial relationships with major retailers. Earlier at Kenilworth Dairies, I managed procurement across equipment, services, and raw materials; handling supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and production planning simultaneously. I also took products from initial concept through to market launch. I'm driven by finding smarter ways to operate: better data, cleaner processes, and systems that actually work for the people using them.
