About
Nach meinem Medieninformatik-Studium an der FH Furtwangen war ich viele Jahre lang in verschiedenen Digital-Agenturen im Rheinland für Projektmanagement, Online-Marketing und User Experience verantwortlich. Bei WYSIWYG*, Antwerpes & Partner und d-SIRE habe ich viele praktische Führungserfahrungen sammeln können. Seit Mitte 2018 bringe ich meine weitreichenden Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Führung, Agile, Business Coaching und systemischer Organisationsberatung bei HR Pioneers ein. Meine Schwerpunkte sind neben der internen Organisationsentwicklung für HR Pioneers insbesondere Transformation, Leadership und Organisationsdesign. Seit Ende 2024 bin ich als Product Owner Marketing für Lead-Generierung, Events, Trainings, Content-Produkte und die Vermarktung von HR Pioneers verantwortlich. Außerdem bin ich regelmäßig als Dozent für Leadership im Master-Studiengang „Transforming Digitality“ an der Hochschule Düsseldorf (HSD) tätig.
