TGA Precision Systems is a U.S.-based precision manufacturing initiative focused on Swiss-turned internal components for AI liquid cooling and semiconductor-grade fluid systems — where contamination, leakage, or downtime are mission-critical risks. Setup and operate high-purity, tight-tolerance Swiss CNC operations producing mission-critical components for aerospace, defense, and precision fluid systems, where contamination, surface integrity, and repeatability are non-negotiable. Key focus areas: • Ultra-clean, burr-free sealing geometries for high-purity fluid applications • Controlled surface finish & precision deburring (Ra-critical / seal-critical) • Zero-defect setup ownership — failure-prevention mindset, not reactionary machining • 6S / process discipline / traceability for high-reliability manufacturing environments

Swiss CNC machining of tight-tolerance aerospace and motion-control components, manufacturing parts where precision, consistency, and mechanical reliability directly impact system performance and safety. Key responsibilities included: • Setup + machining of complex multi-op Swiss parts — dimensional stability critical • Precision threading, ID/OD surface control, and functional fit integrity • Early adherence to aerospace-level process discipline & quality verification • Exposure to clean manufacturing practices serving advanced motion and automation markets Note — 2020 to 2022: Temporarily relocated internationally with family during COVID and resumed my role with Nook upon return. Maintained precision manufacturing trajectory throughout.
