• Act as the initial resource responsible for escalating sales requests for Smart City Technology, and deliver to the proper channel • Provide quick approval and turnaround on deliverables required to help support and close sales opportunities • Serve as the Salesforce.com administrator, ensuring that all leads are captured and nurtured through the initial qualification process • Manage all campaigns and lead activity within Salesforce.com and ensures that activity is addressed, captured, reported on, and properly coordinated across the organization. • Track and prepare Sales Reports, Slides, Presentations, Forecasts, and Qualification Documents for Executive Staff • Track, monitor, and prepare daily reports based on projects and demo sites worldwide, assisting Network Operations Team with status upkeep and reporting of communication issues and downtime of equipment • Assist and moderate sales calls, updating information within Salesforce, and keeping communication with sales representatives accurate • Assist with research and preparation of tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and pre-bid qualifications • Travel as representative for company to promote and actively assist in sales, providing technical information, documentation, and knowledge about Company’s services directly to the client
