Michael Brodsky
Supply Chain Transformation Leader @ Smurfit Westrock
About
I’m a product-minded supply chain and operations leader who has spent my career at the intersection of real-world operator complexity and enterprise technology. I’ve run and transformed large-scale manufacturing, distribution, and logistics operations — and I’ve been in the room when technology promised more than it could realistically deliver. That experience shaped how I work today: grounding product decisions in real workflows, constraints, and edge cases so solutions earn operator trust and drive measurable outcomes. In recent years, I’ve led enterprise supply chain transformations focused on integrated planning, logistics visibility, procurement, and network optimization. My role sits between operators, planners, finance, engineers, and data teams — translating operational pain into system requirements, challenging assumptions early, and ensuring tools are usable, credible, and adopted at scale. I’m motivated by impact, not output. I believe the best supply chain products are built by deeply understanding how decisions are actually made — and by holding solutions accountable to adoption, decision quality, and real business results.
