Conducted short and long term planning, coordinated efforts with adjacent units / governmental organizations, and gave technical advice to Senior Executives. Assisted in the planning, organization, training, execution, and management of up to a 120 personnel deployed in support of contingency operations. Simultaneously, responsible for the retrograde and turnover of three operating bases throughout the southern Philippines; coordinated and synchronized the air, sea, and land movement of over $3,000,000 of equipment and transfer of facilities; lauded by superiors for efficiency and excellence in transition execution.

Served as principal advisor to the command on current and future operations. Lead planner and liaison officer for all Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational interactions. Provided organizational partners with advice on capabilities, limitations, and employment of personnel. Assisted partners in planning and preparing combined operations in permissive, denied, politically sensitive, and hostile environments. Enabled information and intelligence sharing with select organization partners. Coordinated, synchronized, and developed the long term planning strategy for over 24 training events resulting in the deployment of 18 special operations teams in support of U.S. Embassy action plans.

Supervised the training, management, and employment of an advanced skill team consisting of 12 personnel which specialize in Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational cooperation. Developed and implemented operational concepts to meet short and long term goals of National policy makers. Successfully integrated into strategic operational planning teams through in-depth analysis, gap identification, sound advice, and implementation of asset capabilities into plans to include representation during conferences with Senior Level staff and command teams.
