• Developed efficient computer-vision techniques for rapid particle tracking, to reveal out-of-equilibrium phenomena. • Utilized versatile ML and physics tools for results analysis, including hidden Markov models for time series, mechanical statistical modeling, GMMs, Langevin Dynamics Simulation, etc’. • Designed and built computerized experimental setups consisting of optical and physical sensors.

• Devised and co-developed an algorithm to compute physical entropy using Lempel-Ziv data compression algorithm, and thus shortened entropy computing time by orders of magnitude. • Sequence analysis of protein families using ML to find structural disorder. Discovered that structural disorder is an evolutionary conserved property. • Co-developed SAXSi software to handle synchrotron imaging from acquisition to modelling, which slashed image and data analysis times for our users.
