- Support the Foundation and Volunteer Department at Luskin Orthopaedic Institute for Children through event planning, volunteer coordination, and community outreach to enhance patient and family experiences. - Recruit, onboard, and manage volunteers to ensure efficient scheduling, clear communication, and consistent program delivery. - Collaborate with staff and community partners to organize therapeutic and recreational activities that foster comfort and connection for pediatric patients. - Contribute to improving digital communication and feedback systems to strengthen volunteer engagement and departmental efficiency. - Assist in planning fundraising events and outreach campaigns to expand partnerships and advance LuskinOIC’s mission of providing inclusive, compassionate orthopedic care for children.

- Lead weekly meetings for the Life Science 30 (mathematical modeling course series) Learning Assistant team to strengthen pedagogy skills and share effective teaching strategies. - Introduce and lead discussions on systemic barriers in education to encourage equity and inclusivity in STEM classrooms. - Continue duties from previous experience as Learning Assistant.

- Guide and support student learning of over 100 peers across 3 courses, content and laboratory, in applied mathematical modeling - Design and disperse study materials presented during review sessions coordinated by the course Learning Assistant team - Help manage relationship between professor, teaching assistants (TAs), and LAs to ensure collaboration among teaching team to enhance student learning

- Teach campers the basics of engineering, coding, & circuitry through LEDs & the Arduino microcontroller. - Lead STEM-related workshops & lecture about scientific principles discussed. - Collaborate with other student & adult coaches to divide the work and assist the campers. - Served as a speaker for the program at AAUW conventions.
