I am currently a Meeting Planner with Carlson Wagonlit Travel, with a focus on group incentive travel. I am responsible for multiple groups of various sizes - as small as 20 to as large at 600. I work with the on-site staff before and during the event to coordinate all aspects of the meeting: F&B, audio visual, decor, entertainment, photography, on and off site activities, etc. I have experience in planning multiple events simultaneously, resolving issues as they arise (both prior to the event and during the event), and managing the registration of attendees.
