People development and process improvement are the main areas of this project. Key roles: * Define key areas of improvement * Define key performance indicator of CI project * Control the project execution

Appointed to supervise the overall operation of manufacturing activities, including budgeting, strategic definition and execution, direct operation, process improvement, and people development. Key roles: • Define and control budget • Plan and managing improvement project • Strategic and KPI definition • People Development Plan and Execution • Monitor daily operations • Quality Improvement Project

Key Roles: - Leading SAP Team in doing roll out in several plants as well as improvement planning and new project development. - Ensure the system is running well, reliable, secure, and accessible - Ensure proper information are provided to every level of users

Working with external consulting on strategic projects, focus on the following - assist in the development and roll out of the corporate and subsidiary and supporting unit strategy, coordinate executive committee meetings Key Roles: - Project Leader for Balance Scorecard Definition, - Manage the scorecard - Review the strategy execution regularly - Manage and monitor the initiative that link to strategy - Communicate the strategy and achievement to all related parties

Involved in several projects, such as: - Business Process Improvement in some companies - Financial Review - Information System Development - SAP Solution Development

- Assisting college student in learning programming language such as COBOL, PASCAL, C++, Assembly, RPG, etc. - Leading, supervising and mentoring some assistants - Preparing material for the college student
