Led a 200 personnel company responsible for the integration and training of all newly assigned Soldiers for the US Army’s only special operations aviation regiment. Developed, coordinated, and executed specialized high-risk training for the qualification of 125 officers and 650 enlisted Soldiers annually into Army Special Operations Aviation. Ensured proper accountability and utilization of equipment and facilities valued at over $500 million. Redesigned the process that the command executed, tracked, and implemented changes to training resulting in efficiencies throughout the entire organization.

Operations and Intelligence advisor on a 15 personnel battalion military transition team deployed to Iraq to train, advise and assist an 800 personnel Iraqi Army Light Infantry Battalion. Advised the Iraqi Army to implement the first warrant based targeting process in Baghdad, a first for the entire country. Responsible for the 800 personnel battalion being the first in the 5,000 personnel division to implement Iraqi Air Force surveillance capabilities on a regular basis.

Operations officer for a 1500 personnel, forward based, Theater Military Intelligence Brigade with six subordinate battalions. Responsible for the deployment of personnel, future operations and current operations for the brigade. Wrote over 200 operations orders resulting in synchronized operations and execution of hundreds of actions, including the deployment and redeployment 200+ personnel. Developed a training program to train other staff sections on the staffing process that significantly enhanced orders production and staffing efficiencies.

Chief of Staff for a 150 personnel strategic counterintelligence operations battalion responsible for leading and managing a battalion staff in the areas of administration, security, training, operations, logistics, resource management, and information management in support of two stateside and three overseas detachments on three continents. Increased staff efficiencies by providing clear and concise guidance while recognizing and correcting problems. Established plan for bi-annual inspection by the Department of the Army without any deficiencies noted by inspection team. Conducted quarterly and annual performance evaluations of subordinates resulting in two employees competing and receiving a yearly bonus

Primary Intelligence Officer for a 600 personnel aviation battalion in the Army’s only Special Operations Aviation Regiment whose mission is to provide rapid response to Combatant Commanders worldwide in support of special operations forces. Planned, coordinated, directed, analyzed and executed all intelligence functions in support of all battalion operations. Supported Special Operations Task Forces in Iraq and Afghanistan during multiple deployments with aviation intelligence products for the execution of high value target missions. Directly responsible for 14 Soldiers, 1 Department of the Army Civilian, and equipment valued in excess of $2 million. Lead Project Manager for the construction of a Defense Intelligence Agency accredited Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility valued at over $1.5M
