My role is work with the team here to launch and grow the new Accessories division at Micro-P.

My role was to manage the consumer marketing budget and delivery; as well as looking at opportunities of creating new strategic Consumer Events, Brand Partnerships and Promotions for the business. My key role was to develop and manage the implementation of partnership opportunities (eg: developing/ launching a new Overseas Safari Product, Groccer partnerships, National live radio OB’s, on-pack promotions, onsite attraction development, BBC Events, Competitions etc)

The Eastclose Country House Hotel opened in September 2009 after a 2 year renovation. This position required setting up and managing Hotel Events, Weddings and Marketing.

Harbour Hotels Group completed a £7 million refurbishment in Mudeford, which included the introduction of the Harbour Spa and Gary Rhodes restaurants. This position required a complete overhaul of reception operation and service levels

Stocking trend led fashion for consumers aged 18 – 30yrs, Worship was a unique independent boutique. Located in the centre of Bournemouth, it offered a selection of urban fashion that is unavailable in high street chains. Worship was run solely by myself as the owner and director. Many challenges and learning’s have been met to: set up, open, market and run this boutique.

Group Events: Reporting directly to Managerial level on a variety of events, ranging from: boutique dinners, spa parties, fashion shows and celebrity auctions to large scale Group Press Days and Brand Conferences for 1000 guests. Group Marketing: Working along side the brand marketing teams to implement store events/activity. The strength of the Arcadia brand has enabled mixing and working with a vast array of suppliers, celebrities and magazines.
