* O.D. Grinder, Form Grind, Cutter Grind & Surface Grinding. Inspection * Position involved set up and operation of various grinding machines. * Boring and motion feed out heads, insert mill cutters, high-speed steel, solid carbide and various brazed carbide tools.

* Develop and create process routing with accurate processing times and cost effective process steps within the constraints of the production schedule, capacity of the work shop and capabilities of internal and external resources for special tooling product. * Participate in Engineering design review for potential new business and provide information for cost and design for manufacturing. * Work with outside vendors and service companies with quoting services and components and to assist them with technical questions. * Serve as a liaison to the quotation process by providing accurate process information for lead times and cost calculation for manufactured product. * Goal to reduce production variances to quote cost to improve profit.
