• Manage overseas customers account on a day to day basis and liaise with them directly on any enquiries • Conduct strategic approach to promote new products and create more cross selling opportunities such as condom, and dental dam • Coordinate transactions from the start of the order; going through procurement and ensuring smooth administrative logistics until delivery to clients • Ensuring clients order are keyed into SAP system for better tracking record • Liaising with various internal departments such as designer, finance, documentation, and logistics to ensure clients’ expectations are met • Monitor and track sales process efficiently to avoid any delay in delivering the goods to client • Manages payment related matters and documentation for client

 Ensure all files and documents organized for companies  Help out during packaging of products

 Prepare invoice, delivery order and quotations.  Assist in sales  Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions  Maintains customer records by updating account information  Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face

 Manage the accounts of client’s company.  Preparing statements showing income and payments  Using computerised accounting systems and maintaining accurate records
