Establishment of demand, change and problem management processes for application life cycle  Management of requests submitted by Human Resources (project, change and problem) Project scope analysis, preparation and management of budget and time plan Ensuring coordination between technical and business unit. (Business unit: IBM Headquarters in Armonk, Technical Team: India, China and Europe) Creation of periodical reports to be submitted for management: status report of projects and demands, project risk report, evaluation report on weekly and monthly demand pool. Management of maintenance and support processes of the applications in the portfolio Analyze the required features of internal audit readiness and to make necessary planning and coordination for compliance (SOX criteria)
