-Optimal and economical execution of the order's launch in the best conditions and ensure coordination with other departments. -Initiate and manage projects to improve and optimize supply processes. -Manage incoming and outgoing flows. -Define resource needs and schedule its realization with the production units at the required time. -Guarantee compliance with quality and HSE standards within the warehouse. -Ensure quality control standards during the entry and exit of resources.

- Plan the material and human resources requirements for the production and ensure the compliance with the production and quality standards. - Lead and animate daily decision-making meetings with the department supervisors and report to the CTO. - Monitor production and quality KPIs and implement preventive measures. - Ensure the practicability, cost and application of the various changes requested. - Analyse the production costs and expenses per item. - Respond to customer needs and satisfy their requirements. - Create and manage projects aimed at continuous improvement. - Plan and coordinate the annual inventory. - Lead missions and projects related to SAP (GESTIMUM). - Analyze malfunctions and propose improvements. - Design, implement and follow quality procedures. - Train the technicians and agents concerned. - Increase the awareness of the staff to the quality approach.

- Detection and planning of non ranged operations as well as repairs and non conformities. - Elaboration of the DMAIC and PDCA methods. - Development and implementation of methodes aiming to reduce the time and expense of non ranged operations.

- Collection, analysis of the production data. - Study of quality defects and application of AMDEC Method. - Monitor the compliance with procedures and quality standards. - Planning et development of quality control templates.
