As a Canadian native and Cornell University graduate working for a venture-backed hyper growth tech startup in both San Francisco and New York City, everything seemed great on paper. Yet, beneath the surface, I found myself feeling disconnected, lethargic, lonely, anxious, low energy, and deeply out of alignment with myself. The fast-paced corporate life left me seeking a deeper sense of purpose and meaning. After graduating from college in 2013, my journey towards true healing began after a series of life-changing encounters with a naturopath. Determined to reclaim my health, I immersed myself into holistic practices, transforming my body, mind, and soul through nutrition, cleansing, movement, nervous system regulation, mental & emotional well-being, and spiritual growth. Every free moment I had became an opportunity to learn—from master teachers, books, events, healers, podcasts, and my own personal experience. This still holds true today. Through this work, I completely eliminated my digestive issues, balanced my hormones holistically, eradicated acne and unearthed clear, healthy, glowing skin, released inflammation and excess weight in my body, and unlocked new levels of energy and vitality I didn't know were possible. For the first time, I felt fully aligned and at home in my body—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. My life’s work is now to help others do the same. In early 2021, I turned down a job in venture capital and chose to leap fully into my purpose. I am now a Holistic Health and Detox Coach specializing in deep cellular cleansing and detoxification—with a focus on colon, liver, lymphatic, parasite, mold, and heavy metal detox. I support high-performing individuals—founders, CEOs, and corporate leaders—who are struggling with gut, hormone, thyroid, skin, or energy issues and are ready and willing to finally resolve the root cause. I’m also the author of two books, a content creator, an advisor to a health-focused venture capital fund, and an angel investor in consumer health tech companies. I'm deeply passionate about personalized health, longevity, clean, better-for-you products, sustainable food and healthcare systems, regenerative agriculture, functional medicine, cleansing and detoxification, all to resolve the most urgent crisis of our generation—our health.
