I’m a people experience designer with 10+ years of experience shaping brand-led, human-centered environments across retail, talent, and people functions.My career began in visual merchandising leadership, where I learned how to translate brand strategy into physical experiences that guide behavior, create emotional connection, and tell a cohesive story. I later expanded that work into talent and recruiting, designing thoughtful candidate journeys and partnering closely with leaders to align hiring experiences with culture and values.Today, I bring those two worlds together—applying experience design, storytelling, and empathy to employer brand, candidate experience, and employee experience work.
