About
I'm a registered dietitian and own a private practice, Nutrition by Megan, where I provide nutrition counseling, and media/content creation services. I'm passionate about nutrition education and conveying complex nutritional concepts in an easily digestible manner. I've been quoted in media outlets including People, Vogue, Forbes, EatingWell, Clean Plates, Health, Yahoo! and Eat This, Not That! I graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences Toxicology–Dietetics and completed my dietetic internship with Emory Healthcare. As a registered dietitian, my goal is to help people live healthier lives through evidence-based nutrition. I am also a part-time gluten-free content creator (@sayimafoodie on Instagram) and enjoy serving as a local guide for people with a food intolerance to gluten.
