To ensure & check shift diary, log sheet, cheek-up list & other of the earlier shift for any information. ● To check all panel boards, switchgear room, RMS for any abnormalities. ● To write a full description of shift incidents in the shift dairy. ● Promptly inform PM (Plant Manager) and DPM (Deputy Plant Manager) about abrupt change in operating conditions/parameters and take corrective action as instructed. ● To take revenue meter reading and report to LDC at every hrs and prepare export and aux. consumption report and LDC load schedule. ● Take a regular log sheet of the switchgear, energy generation, export etc at every 3 hours. ● Responsible for all mechanical & Electrical operation & Maintenance activities in shifts to run the power plant smoothly. ● Download energy reading from the revenue meter and prepare monthly billing. ● To ensure & supervise all engines & auxiliaries of the whole plant after arriving in the plant. ● Acting as a Shift Engineer in lieu of regular Shift Engineer when Shift Engineer on leave.
