I had the responsibility of maintaining a safe environment for the members to swim in. I had to enforce the rules of the pool to all members and make sure they were safe at all times. I had to make sure the chemical levels in the pool were safe and to make sure the pool was kept clean. I also had the responsibility to keep the locker rooms clean and stocked. I also answered any questions that members had or directed them to someone who could answer them for them.

I had the responsibility of opening/closing the restaurant. Sometimes I was asked to come in early to prep the food with my boss. I had a lot of experience helping in the kitchen as well as helping costumers. I had the responsibility to make sure the dining area was a warm and welcoming area for the customers to enjoy.

I began working in Pearl Insurance on a scanning project in the summer of 2014 as a temporary employee. My responsibilities were to complete preparing files, scanning files, indexing files, and verifying the files in a timely manner. I was then asked back over the December 2014-January 2015 period to continue working on the scanning project. I had the responsibility of doing the same tasks but with an added task of training new temporary employees with the same tasks. I was also brought back for a week in March 2015 to continue on the scanning project. I was then brought back over the period from May 2015-August 2016 to continue on the scanning project with the same tasks. I am currently working in Pearl Insurance (December 2015-January 2016) with a new role in completing tasks in the customer service area. In this role I have the responsibilities of replying to requests by the costumers through email.

I have the responsibility of ensuring there is a safe environment for the members in the pool area. Along with those responsibilities I have the responsibilities to open/close the pool as well. Outside of keeping the members safe during my shift, I also have the responsibility of attending in-services to keep my knowledge and confidence in saving a member up to date.

I intend to graduate with my bachelors in Athletic training with a double minor in Biology and Chemistry and continue on to Physician's Assistant School. My specialized area of interest for physician's assistant is currently undecided, though narrowed down to two specialties. These specialties include: dermatologist assistant or pediatrics assistant. I plan to eventually continue on and become a physician in either of these fields after experiencing them through a physician's assistant's end.

Took summer courses to transfer to Northern Illinois University.

Attended Black Hawk College during my senior year of high school to obtain credits to transfer to Northern Illinois University.
